Privacy Policy & Offline Data Guarantee

1. Local Build Files & Workshop Quotations

All build configurations (.awb), PDF engineering reports, 3D assembly states, custom technician labor rates, and client quotation records generated inside Airsoft Workbench Suite are stored strictly on your local computer drive. They are never automatically uploaded to any remote server.

2. AI Tuner Copilot Privacy (Local & Optional Cloud API)

The built-in Deterministic Armorer Knowledge Base and optional Offline Local GGUF Language Model execute 100% locally on your workstation CPU/GPU RAM with zero network transmission. If you voluntarily configure an optional third-party Cloud LLM API key (such as Google Gemini or OpenAI), requests are sent directly from your PC to that provider's encrypted HTTPS endpoint using your own API key. We never log, proxy, or store your API keys.

3. Hardware Chronograph, ETU & Microphone ROF Tools

Communication with external chronographs and electronic trigger units (via USB serial or Bluetooth Low Energy) occurs strictly locally on your machine. The Acoustic ROF Analyzer processes microphone audio ephemerally in local volatile RAM using Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) signal analysis to detect firing-cycle peaks; audio is never uploaded or transmitted over the internet.

4. License Activation & Order Processing (Lemon Squeezy)

Software purchases and billing are processed by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, in accordance with GDPR and PCI-DSS security standards. We do not receive or store your credit card numbers. When activating your license key inside the desktop app or via our Offline Activation Portal, a cryptographic SHA-256 hardware-fingerprint hash is used to bind your seat activation token. Raw hardware serial numbers are never exposed in plain text.

5. Voluntary Publishing to the AWB Online Repository & Developer Feedback

If a licensed Workshop user explicitly clicks Publish to AWB Online Repository, only the public workshop profile, build technical specifications, chronograph benchmarks, and Ed25519 signature included in the .awbz package are published to https://airsoftworkbench.app/repository.html. Workshop owners can update or delete their published records at any time from the in-app Repository Manager. Similarly, when a user voluntarily submits an in-app bug report or part request, only the message, optional contact handle, and attached build context explicitly submitted by the user are sent to our engineering support queue.

6. GDPR, CCPA & Your Data Rights

• No Sale of Personal Information: We never sell, rent, or trade user email addresses or licensing records to third parties.
• Right to Access & Erasure: You may request access to or deletion of any support tickets, published repository records, or licensing metadata associated with your email at any time by contacting [email protected].
