1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, downloading, activating, or running Airsoft Workbench Suite ("Software") or accessing our websites (https://airsoftworkbench.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our End User License Agreement (EULA), our Refund Policy, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase, download, or use the Software.
2. Product Editions & Perpetual Licensing Entitlements
Airsoft Workbench Suite is a 100% digital desktop software application licensed under four perpetual editions. All paid editions are One-Time Perpetual Purchases (Never an Annual Subscription) and include 1 Year of Free Software & Catalog Updates:
Perpetual view-only simulator and .awbz reader. Supports all replica platforms, the coupled firing-cycle physics solver, and all 2D & 3D exterior ballistic views in view-only mode (interactive part-picker warning and modification dialogs are disabled in view-only mode). Unlocks full B.O.M and PDF inspection when opening signed workshop .awbz packages.
Includes 1 Year of Free Updates. Unlocks the complete interactive build workflow, part picker, real-time fitment & compatibility guardrails, custom bench modifications, full time-domain simulation, 6-DOF 2D & 3D ballistics, B.O.M shopping list, and standard PDF reports with mandatory AWB watermark.
Includes 1 Year of Free Updates. Unlocks everything in Sport Edition plus Included Pro Tools (Audio ROF Measurement, Bluetooth Chrono Connection, Bluetooth ETU Connection, etc.), Reverse Chrono Diagnostics, AI Tuner Copilot, Automated Constraint Optimizer, and Multi-Build Compare.
*Minimum 2 seats; each additional seat receives a compounding 20% discount. Workshop Edition is the ONLY edition licensed for commercial use. Includes everything in Pro Edition plus White-Label Custom Report & Client Quotation Builder (upload custom shop logo, labor pricing, and warranty terms), Signed QR Stickers, .awbz Exporter, and AWB Online Repository publishing.
3. Merchant of Record, Taxes & Digital License Delivery
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy handles payment processing, Value-Added Tax (VAT), GST, and sales tax compliance across global jurisdictions. Immediately upon completing checkout, your Lemon Squeezy License Key is delivered via email and validates against the Lemon Squeezy Licensing API (/v1/licenses/activate and /v1/licenses/validate) with a local hardware-fingerprint cache for offline workshop operation.
4. 14-Day Fair-Use Refund Policy (Digital Software Licenses)
First-time purchases of Sport, Pro, and Workshop Edition licenses are eligible for a 100% full refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of initial purchase if: (a) the license key has not yet been activated on a workstation or converted into an offline activation token, (b) the order was an accidental duplicate purchase, or (c) the activated software experiences a reproducible, blocking technical defect on a supported Windows 10/11 PC that our engineering support team ([email protected]) cannot resolve within 5 business days.
Because the free forever Community Edition ($0) is provided so users can verify PC hardware compatibility, 3D WebGL rendering, and 6-DOF ballistics prior to purchase, once a paid license key has been activated on a workstation AND used to consume paid tier entitlements (creating/saving custom .awb projects, exporting B.O.M/PDF reports, running the Pro Optimizer/AI Tuner, or issuing Workshop quotes and .awbz certificates), the digital license is deemed delivered and consumed and is non-refundable for change of mind or buyer's remorse. 5. Physical Safety & Statutory Compliance Disclaimer
Airsoft Workbench Suite produces mathematical simulations based on coupled time-domain differential equations. Real-world mechanical performance will vary due to ambient temperature, component manufacturing tolerances, lubrication viscosity, and assembly craft. You are solely responsible for verifying that any physical airsoft replica complies with all applicable local, regional, and national statutory energy limits and field regulations, and for verifying muzzle energy on a physical chronograph while wearing ANSI Z87.1+ / EN 166F rated eye protection.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PT. KAVHAYA AUTOMATA INTELIGENSIA, ITS DIRECTORS, ENGINEERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO GEARBOX SHELL RUPTURE, PISTON OR GEAR STRIPPING, MOTOR BURNOUT, BATTERY FIRES, PERSONAL PHYSICAL INJURIES, OR REGULATORY FINES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE OR PHYSICAL REPLICA TUNING.
