Refund Policy (Digital Downloads & Software Licenses)

1. Scope of Digital Products Covered

Airsoft Workbench Suite is a 100% digital desktop software application delivered electronically via direct installer download and activated via cryptographic license keys. No physical goods or hardware items are shipped. This Refund Policy governs all digital software downloads, perpetual license keys, and multi-seat activation packages purchased through our official website (https://airsoftworkbench.app) and our authorized Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy.

2. Free Evaluation Before Purchase (Community Edition $0)

Before purchasing any paid edition, users can download and run the Community Edition ($0 Perpetual) free of charge. Community Edition supports all replica platforms, the 3D cutaway simulator, the coupled firing-cycle physics solver, and all 2D & 3D exterior ballistic views in view-only mode so you can verify compatibility with your Windows 10 or Windows 11 PC prior to purchasing a paid license.

3. 14-Day Refund Eligibility & Fair-Use Anti-Abuse Conditions

First-time purchases of Sport Edition, Pro Edition, or Workshop Edition are eligible for a 100% full refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of the original transaction date under the following conditions:

• Unactivated License Key (14-Day Cooling-Off Right): You purchased a license key within the last 14 calendar days and have not yet activated the license key on a workstation machine or generated an offline hardware-bound activation token.
• Accidental Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased a duplicate license or wrong edition within the last 14 calendar days.
• Unresolved Technical Defect on Supported Hardware: Within 14 calendar days of purchase, the activated software experiences a reproducible, blocking technical defect or startup failure on a supported Windows 10 / 11 (64-bit) PC meeting our published system requirements, and our engineering support team ([email protected]) is unable to provide a working fix or workaround within 5 business days.
• Fair-Use Exclusion Against Single-Build / Export Abuse (Consumed Digital License): In accordance with digital content consumer regulations (including EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(m) and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations), because Community Edition ($0) is provided free of charge to evaluate hardware compatibility prior to purchase, once a paid license key has been activated on a workstation AND used to consume paid tier entitlements (creating/saving custom .awb projects, exporting B.O.M/PDF reports, running the Pro Optimizer/AI Tuner, generating offline .asw-license tokens, or issuing Workshop quotes and .awbz certificates), the digital license is deemed delivered and consumed and is non-refundable for change of mind or buyer's remorse.
• Automatic License Key & Certificate Revocation Upon Refund: When an eligible refund is processed, the associated Lemon Squeezy license key (/v1/licenses), workstation activations, and any published .awbz certificates are permanently deactivated and revoked.

All orders and payments are processed by our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. When a full refund is issued, Lemon Squeezy automatically refunds both the net software license price and any applicable Value-Added Tax (VAT), GST, or sales tax collected at checkout.
