14-Day Refund Policy & Fair-Use Conditions

14-Day Refund Window with Fair-Use Protection

We offer a 14-calendar-day refund policy on all first-time purchases of Sport Edition ($29), Pro Edition ($49), and Workshop Edition ($79 / seat*) processed through our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, subject to the fair-use software activation and anti-abuse terms below. Because we also provide the free forever Community Edition ($0), every user can verify hardware compatibility, 3D WebGL rendering, and 6-DOF ballistics on their PC before purchasing a paid license.

1. When You Are Eligible for a 100% Full Refund (Within 14 Days)

You are entitled to a 100% full refund within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase date under any of the following conditions:

Unactivated License Key (14-Day Cooling-Off Right): You purchased a license key for Sport, Pro, or Workshop Edition within the last 14 calendar days and have not yet activated the license key on a workstation machine or generated an offline hardware-bound activation token.
Accidental Duplicate Purchase or Wrong Tier Selection: You accidentally purchased a duplicate license or selected the wrong edition within the last 14 calendar days.
Unresolved Technical Defect on Supported Hardware: Within 14 calendar days of purchase, the activated software experiences a reproducible, blocking technical defect or startup failure on a supported Windows 10 / 11 (64-bit) PC meeting our published system requirements, and our engineering support team ([email protected]) is unable to provide a working fix or workaround within 5 business days.

2. Fair-Use & Consumed Digital License Conditions (Anti-Abuse Policy)

Airsoft Workbench Suite is a local, offline-capable desktop engineering simulator and report generator (not a cloud-locked subscription). Once a paid license unlocks interactive build calculation, PDF/B.O.M export, or commercial certification, the engineering deliverables are permanently saved to your local disk.

Fair-Use Exclusion Against Single-Build / Export Abuse:

In accordance with digital content consumer regulations (including EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(m) and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations regarding activated digital software), refunds are not granted for change of mind or buyer's remorse once a license key has been activated on a workstation AND used to consume paid tier entitlements, including:

Creating and saving custom editable .awb build projects or exporting itemized Bill of Materials (.xlsx / .csv) and PDF Engineering Build Reports;
Running the Pro Automated Constraint Optimizer, Reverse Chronograph Diagnostics, or AI Tuner Copilot;
Generating White-Label Workshop Customer Quotations, Custom Build Reports, Sealed QR Stickers, or publishing signed .awbz packages to the AWB Online Repository;
Generating an air-gapped offline activation token (AWB-KEY-... / .asw-license), as offline cryptographic tokens cannot be remotely revoked once issued to an air-gapped machine.

3. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request within 14 calendar days of your purchase, email our licensing support desk with your order details:

Required Information: (1) Your Lemon Squeezy Order Number or Receipt URL, (2) the Email Address used at checkout, and (3) the reason for your request (along with error logs or screenshots if reporting a technical issue).

Processing Time: Eligible refund requests are processed within 1 to 2 business days via Lemon Squeezy, and funds are returned to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. Automatic License & Certificate Revocation Upon Refund

When a refund is approved and issued via Lemon Squeezy:

The associated Lemon Squeezy License Key and all workstation seat activations are permanently deactivated and revoked.
Any Workshop .awbz build records or QR verification certificates published under that license key are automatically revoked and removed from the AWB Online Repository.
You must immediately cease using any paid tier features or commercial white-label exports generated under the refunded license.

5. Merchant of Record Disclosure

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy (lemonsqueezy.com). Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and provides billing support, global VAT/sales tax compliance, and refund processing in accordance with this 14-day policy.
